Working with both residential and commercial developers, as well as private clients. We have completed projects in most parts of the UK with a high proportion in London and the South East. Now in our 20th year, 2Plan Project Management has a considerable of experience across many types of projects.
Residential Developments
2Plan Project Management have completed a very wide range of residential developments for private clients, local authority, housing associations, charities and residential developers. These projects have included working in Conservation Areas and on Listed Buildings and many necessitated working in Occupied Property where close stakeholder consultation and liaison was required. Works have included permitted development conversion and new build residential projects for developers.
Commercial
Our commercial experience includes new build offices, both landlord and tenant office fitting out including head office client facing facilities, refurbishment and remedial works. Our experience of offices includes working in listed buildings, gaining consent for offices to be rebuilt in conservation areas, extending offices, along with repair, demolition and stripping out of offices.
We have experience of retail shell and fitting out including for both high street retail and financial tenants and institution landlords of new and existing retail units. Our experience also extends to market etail projects acting as a catalyst for regeneration and refurbishment of retail parks.
2Plan Project Management have been involved in leisure and hospitality projects including hotel and serviced apartment conversion, gyms, conferencing, art gallery, cafes and restaurants.
We have been commissioned on industrial warehousing new build, refurbishment and remedial work, business parks and training centres.
Private Clients & Self Build
2Plan Project Management have been commissioned on new self-build houses, extensions and refurbishment for private clients including where the client has limited knowledge of the development process or require additional guidance to manage and control the process. We have also been brought in where projects have run into difficulty for various reasons to help conclude the project.
Our portfolio includes conversion projects to form annexes, external landscaping projects, indoor swimming pools, new and converted garage blocks along with repair and maintenance to domestic accommodation.
