Every project is unique, so 2Plan Project Management put together pricing bespoke for each of our client’s projects. Requirements differ, so a one-size-fits-all pricing model does not always work. Where the brief is well defined it may be possible to offer a fixed sum for the key services or alternatively a percentage of the agreed construction cost whilst the brief is finalised. Where the brief is yet to be developed or the project is of a complex or specialist nature, we would charge on a time basis using agreed rates and where possible offer a budget to work within.

All projects are all different and so there is no standard project length. With each of our projects, we seek to agree a realistic programme for our services and keep the client updated where changes to this may become necessary.

We look to tailor our range of services to those actually needed by the client. With company experience spanning over 20 years, and having worked on a wide range of project types from concept to completion, we can draw on a depth of knowledge from our qualified and experienced professional team.

As a consultant we do not carry out construction work ourselves but in conjunction with the client and other team members work with contractors, putting in place suitable documentation to safeguard the parties.
