A repeat client has appointed 2Plan to act as Project Manager, Contract Administrator and Quantity Surveyor on a phased residential project in Chadwell Heath, Essex. The project involves the conversion of existing former retail and warehouse buildings and some new build units subject to consents. Works are due to commence on site later in 2023.
