Completion of large luxury residence for private clients on a private estate in Surrey. The project involved demolishing an existing property, new four storey dwelling including basement swimming pool and gym, new lake and extensive landscaping with water features, exceptional quality finishes, fittings and services. 2Plan provided quantity surveying and project coordination services.
