2Plan Project Management is an independent consultancy of project managers and chartered quantity surveyors. Conveniently located in Woking, Surrey, with a track record spanning over 22 years covering projects predominantly in London and South East England although for known clients we have been commissioned on projects throughout the United Kingdom.
Having been commissioned on over one hundred and eighty projects for many different private, national and international clients, our flexible structure has enabled us to tailor the support we give to ensure that projects are executed efficiently, cost-effectively and in a sustainable manner.
We are regulated by The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and are proud to provide a tailored service to both commercial and residential clients.
We have built a reputation for providing a personal service to clients and have invaluable expertise across a diverse range of activities including renovation, refurbishment, new build projects, fitting out and remedial projects on residential including both private and social housing, commercial, retail, industrial and hospitality, throughout the UK.
Through appropriate programming and procurement, a clear understanding of health and safety, close management of costs, site activities and aftercare, we believe we can deliver excellent value for money.

Stephen Edkins

2Plan Project Management is company made up of a team of building and construction professionals established in 2001. It was founded by Stephen Edkins who is a professionally qualified Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager, a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and a Member of the Association of Project Management.
After having gained professional qualifications including award winning professional qualifications including an MBA from the University of Reading and wide industry experience in design and build contracting, construction management, private practice and acting on the client side, in 2001 Stephen decided to establish a new independent consultancy specifically to target repeat business larger commercial clients demanding a high standard of service.
After having survived the initial early years Stephen took the decision to diversify the business to also meet the needs of residential developers and private clients who he believed were poorly served by the industry.
As well as leading the business, Stephen has been appointed as an RICS Counsellor for the purposes of RICS candidates seeking professional qualification.
Regulation
As a practice regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors 2Plan Project Management confirms that they meet the minimum standards required to achieve regulated status upholding
RICS Rules for Conduct for Firms including a commitment to continuing professional development for staff, offering a customer complaints procedure and a dispute resolution mechanism.
