Completion of housing estate refurbishment projects in Wiltshire and Hampshire on behalf of a subcontractor carrying out enabling and services work in connection with upgrading the 1960’s built properties to reduce heat loss and improve ventilation. Each site consisted of fifty properties completed on a phased basis and 2Plan acted as the subcontractor’s quantity surveyor and provided some project management support.
