Refurbishment of an Office in Uxbridge
We wanted to share with you the refurbishment of a commercial office in Uxbridge as part of our 21st business anniversary.
One of our favourite projects was the refurbishment of a commercial office in Uxbridge which involved converting the building from a single let occupancy with sub-tenants to a multi-let building along with a Cat B fitting out of two floors for an international accountancy practice.
This was complex phased project involving several companies and different elements including creating a new reception area, award winning café area, refurbishment of external glazing, upgraded landlord services, toilets, and lifts.
2Plan acted as both Project Manager and Employers Agent working alongside Sturgis Associates Architects, Leslie Clark QS, Parkeray Ltd Main Contractor, and Services Engineer, Furness Green Partnership Limited.
