Prestige Residential Project Completed
For the past 6 months, we have been working on a prestige residential project in the picturesque village of Shere, Surrey as Project Managers and Contract Administrators alongside Quantity Surveyors P.G Vosser & Associates and contractors, Urban Build Contracts Ltd.
The work consisted of the conversion and alteration of a coach house on the site to form an annex, refurbishment of an existing swimming pool-house and the construction of an oak framed car port along with external works and landscaping.
This was a complex job as we were brought in after construction had started and the original contractor had unfortunately entered into administration requiring us to bring on board a replacement contractor to complete the works to the client’s satisfaction.
