Residential Service Apartments: Reading
2022 marks the 21st business anniversary of 2Plan Project Management and we will be looking back over some of the 200 plus projects we’ve worked on over that time.
We want to introduce you to this lovely Grade II listed former office building in the centre of Reading, Berks that was converted into residential serviced apartments back in 2021. Extensive work had to be carried out over live retail ground floor space with major refurbishment work to the stone façade and roof. Our role was to manage the project including consultant appointments, contractor procurement, contract and commercial management and budget control. Because of its listed status, this project had to be carefully managed.
